RG100
This was a very special piece that was a collaboration between Prentice Lee, Thomas R. McPhee and Andrew Costen of Costen Catbalue.
The portrait "Renaissance Woman" was originally carved in reverse Intaglio quartz by reknowned gem carver, Thomas R. McPhee and thereafter a limited edition of 20 Sterling silver and 2 18 kt gold reproductions were made in 1992 by Prentice Lee as part of the Millenium Collection. The exquisite setting was by Andrew Costen, award-winning jeweller in Vancouver. The Afghani tourmalines were cut by Prentice Lee. The work was donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and raised more than $6,000.
