Fabulous old Blue Biggs as a result of a happy accident. My nine year-old son was in the workshop learning how to cut stones and knocked a very beautiful Blue Biggs slab onto the floor and broke it, along with a malachite slab. The look on his face, I could see he was feeling scared. I was upset for about 5 seconds, but then I saw it as an opportunity to cut a beautiful stone, so he was at my elbow while I transformed this broken shard into a beautiful gemstone. At last, this was the moment that this stone had been waiting for for the last 40 years or so! All it took was a happy accident. SOLD
